Contacted them regarding an elderly lady getting Walmart plus discount.
We provided requested documentation for them to approve her discount and they rejected her. We provided pictures of SSI Income paper that comes directly from the state and that is one of the documents that was asked of.
They also closed her case due to lack of responding within 7 days. There is no phone call for customer support and I am only here once per week to help with responding to this case. Due to the lack of a customer service phone number it has become extremely frustrating in dealing with these people.
I will be sure to write a review any where I can in regards to SheerId. Thanks for nothing SheerId customer service.

This site searches for military personnel info has us upload for services that are already free, but records and captures our Identification cards and military documents for no reason. Alterting all Government agencies to false misleading practices to steal citizens and military personnel information for our PII.
Preferred solution: Direct BBB ACCREDITATION AND FOR THEM TO BE RESTRICTED FROM PHISHING INFORMATION

Verification for Military not working
Active Duty military trying to get verified for LinkedIn Premium. Over several days, have attempted to be verified using one of their recommended documents (LES) to no avail.
in one of many "rejection" emails, it stated the LES I submitted wasn't offical.
I downloaded it directly off the MyPay site. With no customer service phone number, this process is extremely frustrating and non-functional.

I was asked to verify military for holland america and was asked for more information which should not be required. I answered your questions but that was not enough and they will not give me a discount.
I do not know what your problem is. I am a veteran verified by idme and get a government check each month, My south carolina drivers license has veteran on it.

I want to cancei my subscription for s heerid.
I signed up for a free 5 day trial but the one thing I needed , they could not help me with, soi I want to cancel. Their phones numbers are all not in service.
Their customer help line is of no help and have charged me to try to get an answer, each time asking for a dollar and I still can't cancel..
I'm in my 5 day free trial period and I'll be dammed if they charge me a monthly $44 dollars a month. They won't let cancel

I needed military verification for holland american discount and gave all the information they asked for including discharge date. They said they needed more including information on government paper.
I will not share what they asked for security reasons. I am a retired veteran with veritficatiion with idme and I receive a veteran check each month. My drivers license has veteran stamped on it.With all their technical devices why could they not see I was a veteran?
Was this a easy process. I don't think so and I am not verified.
